- Customers are entitled to exchange or return an item within 15 days from the date of receiving the order if the item has a manufacturing defect or fault, in accordance with the Omani Consumer Protection Law.
- Items eligible for exchange or return must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original invoice and product tag.
- Items purchased online may be exchanged or returned at our store in accordance with our approved exchange and return policy.
- Items cannot be exchanged or returned after they have been used, damaged, altered, or modified in any way.
- Gift vouchers are valid for two months from the date of purchase and may be used only once.
- Customers must follow the care instructions provided with each item. We recommend professional dry cleaning or steam ironing by specialized service providers.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by third-party cleaning companies or laundry services.
- Customers are kindly requested to inspect all items and confirm sizing upon receipt. Should there be any concerns, please contact us within the period specified in our Exchange and Return Policy.
- Cash refunds may take 3 to 14 working days to process and may take up to 30 days for international transactions or transfers, depending on the bank or payment service provider.

Under normal circumstances:
- Within the Sultanate of Oman: 3–5 working days
- GCC countries: 3–10 working days
- Europe and Middle Eastern countries: 10–15 working days
- Rest of the world: up to 30 working days
Exceptional circumstances:
- Delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including logistical conditions, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
